Shipping policy

Order processing takes 2-5 business days, depending on availability. Orders placed after 1pm PST will not be processed until the next business day. You be updated via email when your order ships.

Orders that reflect the "Free Shipping" option will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which usually takes 5-10 business days.

LaNatura is not responsible for shipping times/delays once it leaves our facility. Any concerns regarding delay in shipping should be taken up with the service carrier.
