Shipping Details
All orders are shipped UPS unless specified. Any claims for damages or loss will be the sole responsibility of the customer, please keep all packaging for UPS inspection. Please report damages to carrier and fax to LaNatura at (323)766-0064 or e-mail LaNatura@aol.com. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

Returns
Merchandise will not be accepted for return unless defective and only if authorized by LaNatura. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within three (3) days.
